It is not indecision to decide that decisions will be made in view of developments. Doctors want you to enforce total lockdown for 2 weeks minus guarantees that Corona will be controlled. Traders & wage- earners want you to end lockdown & let them learn to live with Corona.Catch22 situation.

Chapter by chapter history says that most judges, once upon a time, were lawyers and had payrolls and political as well as personal loyalties. None of them had been appointed in PTI times. Meaning thereby that judges have a Herculean act to perform–unlearn their past.

In his place I would have made many more mistakes. Placed my trust in many more wrong persons. Ended up with much higher number of misjudgments. Caused far more alerts and alarms. Achieved far less. So please ignore my advice Mr Prime Minister and carry on.
