President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov signed the Decree “On the transfer to the reserve from the ranks of the Armed Forces, other military formations and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic, in which the law provides for military service, military personnel and employees of alternative service who have completed the established terms of fixed-term military and alternative service, as well as on the next conscription of citizens for urgent military and alternative service in September-November 2022.
According to the Decree, in accordance with paragraph 16 of Article 11 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Defense and the Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic” and Articles 15, 17, 31 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Compulsory Military Duty of Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, on Military and Alternative Service”, it is decided:
– Dismiss to the reserve from the ranks of the Armed Forces, other military formations and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic, in which the law provides for military service, military personnel and employees of alternative service who have served the established terms of fixed-term military and alternative service.
– to call for military service in the Armed Forces, other military formations and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic, in which the law provides for military service, and for alternative service in September-November 2022, male citizens who are 18 years old by the day of conscription, who do not have the right for deferment from conscription, as well as those who have lost the right to deferment from conscription. – Kabar
