ISLAMABAD, August 18:IESCO and its esteemed customers stand hand in hand and as a public utility company, every employee of IESCO is responsible for providing quality services to the customers, these views were expressed by IESCO Chief Executive Dr. Muhammad Amjad Khan while presiding over the performance meeting of Attock Circle and Islamabad Circle at IESCO Head Office. He also said that the officers should be available on the side along with their workers and staff and make ensure that the line staff use safety equipment during work. He further said that delay in issuing new connections to consumers, delayed delivery of electricity bills will not be tolerated in any case, actions should be accelerated to eliminate electricity theft and load balancing of transformers should be ensured. The Chief Executive issued instructions to all the field officers that prompt and timely resolution of customer issues is our primary responsibility. The Chief Executive appreciated the performance of the best performing officers and issued instructions to others for further improvement in performance and results. General Manager Umar Farooq Shah, Operations Director Mohammad Aslam Khan, Chief Engineers JafarMurtaza, Naeem Jan, Manager Commercial Waheed Akram and other officers also participated in the meeting.-PR
