NTDC Board of Directors approves increase in the salaries of the employees

NTDC Headquarter, WAPDA House LAHORE, August 23: A meeting of NTDC Board of Director held on Monday at Wapda House Lahore to approve increase in salary and pensions of the employees in line with the notification issued by the Ministry of Finance.
According to the notification, increase in pay and allowances will take effect from July 1, 2022. The 15% increase has been made on the basic salary drawn by employees in 2017. Ten per cent ad hoc allowances given to the employees during 2016.2017.2018, 2019 and 2021 will now be merged to the basic salaries of the employees, which will form new pay scales 2022.
According to the spokesman of the NTDC, the retried employees of the company have also been allowed 10 percent increase in their pensions from April 1, 2022. The Board also approved disparity reduction allowance for employees falling in grade 20, 21 and 22.-PR
