KARACHI, April 30: The central leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Makhdoom Shah Mehmood Qureshi has stated that the main reason of poverty and backwardness of Sindh Province is its leadership crisis.
“Sindh is rich in natural resources and hardworking manpower, but it lacks dedicated and honest leaders; this is why this province is still goes deprived and poor” he stated this while addressing a huge rally at PanoAqil on Saturday.
Thousands of people attended the rally that was also participated by other PTI leaders including Dr Arif Alvi, Haleem Adil Sheikh, Zian Hussain Qureshi, Papu Khan Chachar, Lal Malhi, Jay Parkash, Zaneerah Malik and others.
Sindh is bestowed with huge reserves of coal which is called black gold and if utilized properly it could illuminate whole Pakistan and remove darkness forever, he said, adding Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf knows that the real fountain of power is our masses. Now is the time to live raising our head high in pride, instead of living with our head hanging in shame”, he added
Qureshi lauded the spirit of the people of Sindh who attended the rally despite very hot weather. He said this is not the heat of weather but rather heat of politics. He said that it seemed that time is near when Sharif brothers would pack for going home. -Online
