ISLAMABAD, July 20: Opposition Leader in National Assembly Syed Khurshid Ahmed Shah has said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s personnel relations with Indian counterpart Narendra Modi are affecting the Kashmir cause.
While talking to media, Khurshid Shah said that the government should resolve the Kashmir issue. He demanded that a meeting of Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) should be convened over Kashmir issue. He said Pakistani government should use all diplomatic forums for the resolution of Kashmir dispute. He said due to stubbornness of India the lives of innocent Kashmiris are being lost.
He said the Kashmir issue is not being resolved due to the stubbornness of India, adding that every Pakistani chilled is supporting protest of Kashmiris against India.
Khurshid Shah also protested against Indian atrocities on Kashmirs in occupied Kashmir while wearing black armband. -Sabah
