ISLAMABAD, August 11: Chairman Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf Imran Khan speaking in ARY Channel’s OFF THE RECORD has said that we are seeking answers from the rulers about the Panama Leaks papers for the last five months but the Government is making attacks on the opposition. He stated that the Prime Minister speaks lie in the National Assembly. He said the people have taken money abroad after earning from the unfair means. According to him the Police have become militant wing of the rulers. He appealed all to join him in ‘Tehrik-e-Ehtesab’ campaign. According to him he and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari can stand on a container. He suggested that Bilawal should launch campaign from Sindh.
Talking to ARY NEWS Imran Khan denounced ban by Pemra on ARY programme ‘Live with Dr. Shahid Masood’. He said Pemra is being turned into a subsidiary of PML-N and it is being used as weapon
against the opponents. And PML-N worker has been appointed as Pemra Chairman. He said that false news about his marriage were published, why Pemra did not take notice of it. He said Dr. Shahid’s fault is not to praise PM Nawaz rather criticise him. That is why his programme has been banned. Meanwhile, Chief Minister KPK Pervaiz Khattak has condemned ban on Dr. Shahid’s programme. Meanwhile, Imran Khan held a meeting with an Afghan delegation led by Rustam Shah Mohmand during which current situation was discussed. In a tweet Imran Khan said that the series of harassing the Afghan refugees for the last three months should be stopped immediately. -Monitoring Desk
