PTIISLAMABAD, September 5: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Monday filed a plea in Supreme Court against objections of registrar over Panama leaks issue.
According to details, Advocate Hamid Khan stated that the plea was written by SC’s three most experienced lawyers in which questions regarding basic rights and national importance were raised.
He said that objections of registrar are against constitution’s 9,14,17 and 25 sections. It was also mentioned in the petition that the objections are unjustified and humiliation of lawyers. Hamid Khan requested the court to approve the petition for hearing by annulling registrar’s doubts. -DNA
