QUETTA, September 30: Pakistan Air Force is keeping a vigilant watch on country’s eastern and western borders, PAF Chief Air Marshal Sohail Aman said on Friday.
The Air Chief was speaking at a ceremony in Quetta where he said the air force is ready to combat any aggressiveness.
Air Marshal Sohail Aman said that PAF will not disappoint the nation.
Air Marshal Aman said PAF is inducting youngsters from Balochistan.
The PAF is vigilant at all times and ready to combat any external aggression, an air force spokesperson said in response to the unprovoked firing by Indian forces at the Line of Control (LoC) early Thursday morning in which two Pakistani soldiers were martyred.
The PAF will protect Pakistan’s airspace at any cost, the spokesperson said.
The unprovoked firing came amid mounting tensions between the two nuclear-armed adversaries over occupied Kashmir.-Agencies
