KARACHI October 5: The Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has issued non-bailable arrest warrant of Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM ) founder Altaf Hussain and Dr Farooq Sattar along with five accused in provocative speech case.
Karachi’s Special Terrorism Court resumed that hearing of the case regarding provocative speeches and MQM’s opposition leader in Sindh Assembly Khawaja Izhar ul Hassan appeared before court.
The Court showing annoyance over absence of absconders again issued non bailable warrant of MQM’s founder Altaf Hussain, MQM Pakistan’s chief Dr. Farooq Sattar, Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqi and Suleman Mujahid Baloch along with some other leaders of MQM and adjourned the further hearing of the case till October, 15.
All these cases had been registered over hatred speeches on August 22 against state institutions.-Sabah
