Ministry-of-Foreign-AffairsISLAMABAD, October 18: Pakistan on Tuesday announced the issuance of Joint Commemorative Postal Stamps on the Eve of 50th Anniversary of Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Pakistan and Singapore.
In a statement, Foreign office spokesperson Nafees zakria stated that, “The postal authorities of Pakistan and Singapore have issued joint commemorative postage stamps marking the 50th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.”
“The stamps depict their national flowers, Jasmine and Vanda Miss Joaquim respectively. The diplomatic relations between the two countries were established on 17th August 1966 and are characterized by cordiality and warmth,” he added. -DNA
