IndiaLOCRAWALPINDI, November 2: The Indian Army once again resorted to unprovoked firing at Nakial and Goyi sectors at Line of Control, due to which the civilian population have locked them inside their houses and bunkers.
The shelling by India Army is going on and the people in Kotli’s Nakial and Gayi sector at LoC have become hostage inside their houses due to the intermittent firing for the last three days.
The India Army is using heavy weaponry for the shelling due to which schools, shops and other trade centres have been closed down.
Due to the continued firing stinky smell has also spread in the areas along the LoC causing breathing problem for the local people.
The continuous violation of ceasefire agreement has terrorised locals. The two countries agreed to a ceasefire along the LoC in November 2003, but skirmishes have flared across the heavily-militarised Line of Control (LoC), the de facto border in Kashmir, in recent weeks.-Sabah
