KARACHI, November 2: The release order of Pak Sarzameen Party (PAP) President Anees Qaimkhani and senior leader of Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) Rauf Siddiqui was issued on Wednesday following their bail by Sindh High Court (SHC). It is to be mentioned here that SHC had granted bail to Anees Qaimkhani, Rauf Siddiqui, Dr Asim and Usman Moazzam in the case of facilitating treatment of terrorists yesterday against furnishing of 5 lkh rupees each.
On Wednesday, the judicial authorities have issued order to release Qaimkhani and Rauf Siddiqui after they furnished the surety bond.
The court while granting bail to the accused had ordered the authorities to release them if they were not wanted in any other case. Qaimkhani’s nephew Naeem Qaimkhani submitted the surety bond.-Sabah
