Uri attack provided a relief to India on diplomatic front as her extraordinary hue and cry diverted the attention of international community from HR violations to cross border terrorism . It all happened just before the annual session of UNGA for which Pakistan was all set to expose the unprecedented atrocities of Indian forces against Kashmiri masses . Indian move was obvious and understandable . Her track record is positive in execution of such negative plans . An abhorrent massacre of Sikhs was conspired in ChittiSinghpura prior to visit of then US president Bill Clinton to malign Pakistan . Indian narrative on Kashmir is baseless and far away from universally recognized human values . It is a narrative revolving around hatred and prejudice . Grip over a piece of land is more important than human lives . Hatred against Pakistan takes precedence over all other things . Region has paid a heavy cost for this negative Indian stance . If it had been few Pakistani backed militants disturbing peace in Kashmir then why weeks long curfew imposed over Kashmiri inhabitants . India held Kashmir is graded as world’s highly militarized region . Heavy military deployment sufficiently exposes Indian designs about Kashmir . It is about time to understand that blaming Pakistan for Kashmir will not change the ground reality . Public demand for freedom needs to be understood with open heart and rationale mind. Stage managed terrorist acts executed on Indian soil by AjeetDoval type trigger happy spy masters to malign Pakistan will only fetch hatred and above all countless embarrassment . Stage managed Uri attack coupled with foolish surgical strike claims though carried great lessons but Indian decision makers are in no mood to learn at the moment . An Indian website IDRW has raised calculated questions about Uri attack by exposing an unexpected posting of Uri Brigade commander Brigadier K Sommashankaron a prized appointment . As per Indian narrative , attack on Uri by Pak backed militants was a serious security lapse and the investigations have neither been finalized nor disclosed to the media or public . A posting on a better slot instead of a disciplinary action against the commander is contrary to popular military norms and customs . It sufficiently supplements the assessments that Uri attack was a brain child of Indian spy masters to fetch temporary ascendancy over Pakistan . It is extremely unfortunate and equally condemnable act by so called largest democracy of the world. Indian aggression and frequent cease-fire violations on LOC are alarmingly meaningful. A sharp well thought out but cautious response from Pakistan is must. Response must not be left only to the Armed Forces . Correct readying of Indian motives in relation to regional developments is must and warrants a deliberate joint in put of civil military quarters . Role of regional and global players can be easily understood . Pakistan has opted to fight against terrorism and move forward with regional stake holders on the path of economic development . Pak narrative is revolving around peace , cooperation , prosperity and mutual stability . Cease-fire violations at LOC , state managed terrorist acts coupled with false allegations , terror sponsoring at Pak soil to sabotage CPEC, and irrational demands of ‘Do More’ need to be analysed in real perspective . Designs and motives of all players are open and understandable . Obvious cover up on Uri attack exposed by Indian quarters is just a relevant recent example of the dirty game being played in our region.
