ISLAMABAD, December 5: Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa called on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in Islamabad on Monday and discussed matters pertaining to national security.
The Army Chief also called on President Mamnoon Hussain in Islamabad on Monday.
Speaking on the occasion, the President said implementation of National Action Plan should be continued for peace and security in the country.
He said Operation Zarb-e-Azb should also continue till realization all of its objectives.
The Army Chief said the armed forces will live up to expectations of the nation for defense of the country.-Agencies
