
ISLAMABAD, March 31: Supreme court of Pakistan has fixed the petition for hearing , regarding registration of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) , filed by Naheed Khan former personal secretary to slain Benazir Bhutto.
Three-member bench of the apex court headed by chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar will conduct hearing of the petition of Naheed Khan
on April 6. Naheed Khan said in her petition that registration of Pakistan People’s Party on the name of Latif khosa is illegal, saying that PPP has no relation with Asif Ali Zardari.
She requested the apex court that ordered should be passed for registration of PPP on her name and order of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) should be declared null and void. It is pertinent to mention here that earlier, IHC dismissed the petition filed by Naheed Khan regarding registration PPP on her name.-Sabah
