Nawaz not to go scot-free in Panama Leaks case, claims Imran

ISLAMABAD, April 6: Chairman PTI, Imran Khan has said that the credit does not go to Nawaz Sharif but to Gen(R) Raheel Sharif who succeeded to quell the terrorism. He said it is regrettable that Governor Sindh Muhammad Zubair is giving its credit to Nawaz Sharif. He said Muhammad Zubair got Governorship of Sindh for defending Nawaz Sharif in Panama Case. He said we would accept the decision whatever the Supreme Court gives in Panama Case.
About Imran Khan’s meeting with Army Chief Gen Qamar Javed
Bajwa he said that we have discussed the Afghan border situation.
While giving an interview on a private TV Channel Imran Khan said that terrorism has reduced in the country due to the steps taken by Gen(R) Raheel Sharif. He said Gen® Raheel Sharif has improved in situation in the country and not Nawaz Sharif. He said operation against terrorists is continuing in Sindh, Balochistan and KPK but not in Punjab. He said that every one knows that armed groups also exist in Punjab.
He said Nawaz Sharif is worried because of the Panama Case. He said to avert the attention from the Panam Case he himself wants to get the credit of every thing.
He said that Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif have spent about 30 billion rupees for self-projection through advertisements. He said we have established Shoukat Khanam hospital in KPK with a cost of only four billion. He said instead of spending huge amount on advertisements they should have spent this amount on education and health. He said he is scared of Army and the judiciary. That is why he is defaming the Army. He said every one is waiting the decision of the Panama Case. He said we would accept the decision of the court. He said if PML-N has not accepted the decision of the Court they would not find any place to hide. He said it is an era of democracy. The time has gone when people attacked the Supreme Court.
About his meeting with Army Chief, he said that the meeting was not secret. I am the leader of a political party. My party has government in one of the Provinces of Pakistan. He said Pak-Afghan border was closed in our province. I have requested the Army Chief for opening of the border as billions of rupees loss was incurring due to it s closure.-Monitoring Desk
