KARACHI, July 6: PTI workers burst into jubilation after the accountability court announced the verdict on the Avenfield reference and sentenced Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz.
In Hyderabad, the workers gathered outside the main office and distributed sweets.
They danced to the beat of drums.
The workers said that the verdict has proved that Nawaz Sharif had purchased the London flats with the money of corruption.
They hoped that the PTI will start the accountability process after victory in the elections.
The PTI workers also celebrated the verdict in Lahore, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Multan and other cities.-Agencies
