Golden words written in a decent binder of constitution cannot alter the dark ground realities prevailing in a country . It is in fact the collective conduct of masses and the rulers which determine the true complexion of any society . Contrary to her secular constitution, India has proved herself a highly prejudiced Hindu state. Extreme anti Muslim approach of orthodox Hindu cults pushed our ancestors to demand a separate independent state for the Muslims of sub continent as it was the only practicable political way forward to avoid the slavery of dominant Hindu majority infested with prejudiced mind set. Eventually partition of sub continent resulted in creation of India and Pakistan ; which both prove the vision of our founding fathers till now. India , which claims to be a secular state by virtue of her constitution, observed practical funeral of her secularism with the electoral victory of BJP and arrival of Narinder Modi as premier in New Dehli. It is now Hindutva game dominating every where over Secularism ! Religious hatred against minorities appeared as a brand identity of BJP and its all splinter off spring groups. Minorities specially the Muslims find no place to hide or escape . There had been inhuman incidents of organised violence from extremist Hindus against the Muslims. Cow saviours (Gauo Rakshaks) are at liberty of killing mercilessly any Muslim for suspected slaughtering of cow ! Such merciless executions doesn’t require any evidences or court proceedings. Muslims were forced to convert to Hindu religion during special ceremonies or gatherings titled Ghar Wapsi. Extremist Hindu priests demand special family control measures to curtail the fertility of Muslim males with an aim to reduce the birth ratio. Notorious Chief Minister of Uttar Pardesh Yogi Aditya Naath , while addressing public rallies, instigated his followers to rape the dead bodies of Muslim women by digging them out from their graves. This is all coming out from the mouths of none other than elected representatives who now happened to be the custodians of Secular constitution of India . This dangerous rise of extremists cults in power corridors of New Dehli has not taken place over night . It is precisely the same anti Muslim mind set which was pointed out by the founders of Pakistan . Seven decades after the partition of sub continent , the menace of Hindu extremism has completely dominated the state of India ! Rise of BJP has proved the validity of two nation theory ! No doubt exists about this fact that lives of religious minorities in India are not less miserable than hell . Famous Indian magazine ‘Times of India’ has recently published an eye opening story authored by Isheeta Bharti on 16th August 2018 regarding establishment of Hindu Court . Real shocking part of the story appears with the fact that courts in question have been formulated privately by an extremist Hindu cult namely Akheel Bhartya Hindu Mahasabha. This cult had been striving hard for the abolishment of Muslim Shariah Court in the past . Now , this group has practically challenged the writ of Indian state by establishing the parallel court system and proved that religious extremism is the new order in so called secular India. Pooja Shakun Pandey , Secretary of Akheel Bhartya Hindu Mahasabha and one of the five nominated judges of Courts, disclosed that courts would resort to verdict upon disputes or matters related to Hindu Dharm(religion) . There would be private jails under these courts where punishments may vary from imprisonment to death sentence. With such extra constitutional illegal steps , it is no more difficult to predict the nature of troubles waiting ahead for the Muslims and other minorities in the form of Hindu Courts . A country where mob can slaughter or lynch any poor Muslim to death by declaring him cow slayer just by detecting goat meat in fridge ,intensity of systematic violence under the banner of Hindu Courts can never be rightly measured by any scale at this moment .
