- ASKS UN to end Indian forces violations against Kashmiris
ISLAMABAD, December 20: Prime Minister Imran Khan has urged the United Nations to take the notice of grave human rights violations in Indian Occupied Kashmir.
He expressed his concern during a telephonic conversation with UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres on Thursday.
The Prime Minister also underscored UN’s role to end human rights violations being perpetrated by occupied Indian forces against Kashmiris.
Earlier, he also denounced the killing of innocent Kashmiris and stressed upon dialogue to resolve the issue.
Strongly condemning the killing of innocent Kashmiri civilians in Pulwama IOK by Indian security forces, he said only dialogue & not violence & killings will resolve this conflict. We will raise issue of India’s human rights violations in IOK & demand UNSC to fulfil its J&K plebiscite commitment.-Agencies
