BHIMBER, April 19: Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) President, Sardar Masood Khan on Friday said India should realise that Pakistan’s armed forces were fully vigilant to frustrate any aggression against the integrity and solidarity of the country. “Pak Army with the support of the nation is fully capable to effectively defend frontiers of the country, the president said while speaking as chief guest at Passing out Parade in Mujahid Force Center at Bhimber.
He said that nation was proud of the armed force including Pakistan Air Force for the way it dealt with the Indian cowardly act of aggression done in the darkness of the night recently. He added that the entire nation fully stands behind the armed forces of the country.
He said that that the 71 years history bear testimony that our valiant forces not only effectively defended the frontiers of the country but also played a vanguard role in protecting lives and properties of the people in the wake of any natural disaster or calamity.
Praising the valour and determination of country’s forces, Khan said India will get befitting response both from the armed forces and entire nation if it tries to cast an evil eye on Pakistan.
Praising the role of Mujahid Force at the time of war and peace, President Masood said we feel proud that Mujahid Force Center Bhimber was recruiting, training and preparing our soldiers and officers to defend the motherland.
He strongly condemned the Indian firing from across the LoC targeting civilian population and said India continuously violating ceasefire agreement to dislodge the civil population residing along Liner of Control LoC. But our valiant people will not be intimidated by such cowardly acts of India, he maintained.-PR
