News regarding busting of a RAW sponsored terrorist net work in Giligit Baltistan, though, speaks volumes about the tremendous performance of national intelligence apparatus but at the same time it reflects the alarmingly inflated magnitude of looming threats being faced by Pakistan . Reportedly over a period of ten years, a well organized net work was established by RAW through heavy financial patronage and subversive training to the master minds using soil of third country Nepal. Net work primarily aimed at launching terrorist activities in Northern areas and subversion of students through sectarian , linguistic and anti state fabricated themes.
Mysteriously , a local person namely Abdul Hamid Khan from Ghizer area was recruited by RAW for this heinous game . The recruited man was initially moved to Nepal to impart initial training and grooming to run multi layered terrorist net work as main handler . In second phase , Abdul Hamid was taken to India where he had been under direct supervision of his RAW’ handlers. As per initial assessment , more than a billion rupees were pumped in by RAW to create havoc and massive unrest in Northern areas of Pakistan. Initial disclosures by recently arrested gang of 14 members are unusually alarming for every well-wisher of Pakistan.
College and university students were being lured in for terrorism by this net work. No rocket science is involved in comprehending the fact that real objective behind this dirty game is massive destabilization of Pakistan to sabotage ongoing economic cooperation with China. India has laid cross hair on opening and closing points of CPEC hence GB and Balochistan are persistently under massive attack from multiple terrorist organizations. Hateful propaganda is being spread vigorously through social media tools to intoxicate the minds of youth by fanning linguistic , sectarian , territorial and racial prejudices.
Faceless creatures regularly spit venom against state institutions by addressing audience in GB and Balochistan through social media . Multiple posts containing anti state stuff are viral now- a- days which precisely contain threats to Chinese government and their citizens working in Pakistan on various CPEC related projects.
Recent terrorist attack on PC hotel Gawadar was precisely aimed at killing or kidnapping the Chinese citizens . BLA affiliated terrorists , in a social media video message , accepted the responsibility of the attack and extended further threats to China without mincing the words. Terrorists asked China to abort the project and finish all sort of cooperation with Pak armed forces immediately or else be ready to face much deadlier attacks in coming days. Pattern of terrorist attacks and tone adopted by terrorists’ spokesperson in video message is enough an evidence to understand that all strings are being controlled by India which at the moment maintains an extra ordinarily closer connection with USA .
Ultra coercive and extremely manipulative nature of Indo – USA nexus is poised to disrupt the economic potential of entire region . American habit of playing destructive games against regional giants like China and Russia provide enough reasons for both regional stake holders to reply the offender in same coins . Obviously, regional peace is constantly under threat and the maximum cost of destruction would be paid by Pakistan and Afghanistan as usual.
Recurrence of terrorist attacks on Pak soil with dangerously shorter interval must not be taken lightly by decision making quarters in Islamabad. Indian strategy to pressurize Pakistan through multiple means can only be countered with a well orchestrated offensive response on internal and external fronts. Political division , internal instability and economic deterioration have accumulated an unmanageable drag on collective response. Quick fixes are expected from government which has now completed more than 9 months in strengthening her feet on ground.
Unfortunately, government is still limping under the weight of her incompetence and ill preparedness. Negative effects and losses occurred due to the blunders of past ruling regime are getting rapidly multiplied due to persistent immature handling of affairs by the rulers . It is hard to find any difference on account of incompetence and bad governance among federal and provincial governments . Enemies are well entrenched to take optimum advantage of Pakistan’s deep rooted weaknesses . Frequent exploitation of sectarian , linguistic and political fault lines must be avoided without wasting any more time.
Foreign sponsored terrorism coupled with false allegations of sponsoring cross border terrorism have pushed Pakistan into troubled waters. Heavy storms are building up across the borders in Iran , Afghanistan and IOK. Matters have turned more complex in Sri Lanka after recent Easter bombings. If nation’s credibility is being questioned in war against terrorism , through treacherous meddling in FATF proceedings , at a point of time when no other country can offer better performance even closer to Pakistan then it straight away raises doubts on the performance of foreign office which failed in mounting the campaign with right momentum. Apologetic stances must not be opted while dealing the manipulative quarters of international community.
Pakistan should launch a diplomatic offence and run a campaign to declare India a terrorist state responsible for massacre of thousands of innocent Pak citizens through terrorist net works. Previously we captured Khal Bhoshan and now we have Abdul Hamid from GB. This question, however, needs a valid reply that why haven’t yet Pakistan took any serious step or moved forward to declare India a rogue terrorist state?
