We are prepared to shut the entire country, he said while addressing the participants of Islamabad sit-in. He said Chaman highway in Balochistan and Resham Highway in KPK have been blocked.
He further said tomorrow we will block GT Road linking Peshawar with Rawalpindi, adding that other main roads would also be blocked.
JUI-F leader said our peaceful protest would be remembered and leadership would be ahead of workers in these protests.
Earlier, JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman announced to switch to plan B of Azadi March.

The JUI-F workers will now peacefully disperse from Islamabad and head to their cities to implement the party’s Plan B.
JUI-F Sindh leader Khalid Mehmood Soomro said his party would block Ghotki-Punjab Highway, Rohri-Multan Motorway, Hub River Road on Thursday.
Workers from Sukkur would reach Rohri-Multan Motorway at 2pm on Thursday, Soomro added.
On Tuesday, Fazl had announced that their Plan B against the government would come into effect Wednesday.
We are going towards Plan B, the JUI-F chief had said. He told his supporters at the Islamabad sit-in that details of the plan would be shared with them by their provincial leaders.
Fazl, who had been sitting in Islamabad along with thousands of his supporters since October 31, asked participants of the Islamabad sit-in to fully participate in the plan.
We won’t go to our homes, cities or villages, the JUI-F leader said. Those who are sitting at homes should also come out and participate in Plan B.
Meanwhile, the JUI-F has on Wednesday issued directions to its workers to block Faizabad Interchange in Islamabad, Rawalpindi’s T-Chowk and other areas to implement Plan B of Azadi March.
Details suggest that JUI-F and Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party blocked Quetta-Chaman road in Qilla Abdullah for all types of traffic, resulting in long queues of vehicles.
The passengers faced a lot of trouble following the blockades. On the other hand, the government has put the police on alert to deal with the situation.
JUI workers this morning blocked the Chaman-Quetta highway causing hundreds of vehicles to trap in a traffic jam. The religious party’s workers also staged a sit-in at Jamali Bypass in Jacobabad district of Sindh today suspending vehicular traffic between Sindh, Punjab and Balochistan.
The party workers were arriving at the place of the protest over the call of the central leadership of JUI-F. We have staged sit-on on the call of Maulana Fazlur Rehman and will continue it on his command, the workers at the site of protest said.
The protest at the point has caused massive traffic jam, according to local people. -NNI
