Human body much like chemistry has a pH balance and there are times when the pH balance shifts and you are surrounded by toxicity. When the toxicity in your surroundings reach unbearable levels, the anger you have been suppressing for so long bursts out from every pour of your being, like a dam breaking but instead of water, screams, hurt and rage pour out. Blinding you from everything in those moments. Making you loose sight from your goals and purpose of living.
You feel trapped and as if life will not move forwards, you don’t even scream or get angry at this point. You just get quite and claw into your own being to find a safe space where your emotions can be protected. Where you can feel momentary calmness. The thing is this feeling isn’t that strange is it? we have all went through this especially now when the economical condition of the country is so shabby. That every employed person is insecure that they might be fired. The ones who aren’t employed have just lost hope altogether. People worry over monthly necessities and we have truly turned into a nation that is living from day to trying to make it to the next without failing. there is so much tension out side the house that it eventually penetrates the house in the form of silent screams. It’s not the time to fall numb to these tiny terrors, yes these are indeed tiny terrors if we stand together. This recession that we are facing is greater than anyone of us but that doesn’t define us, what defines us is how we fight it are we willing to fall prey to this enemy or we fight back and i dont mean physically fight . The signs of people hiding from the world are obvious enough if you look. If each of us just looks into our own circle and find that one or two people who have started talking less who have found excuses to be absent from gathering, who seem more morbid than serious take a minute to talk to them ask them about them with genuine interest sometimes that’s all the push required to block out thoughts of self-pity and feelings of being useless again the issue is very much real and not an easy foe to fight but we must remember
These are not the times to give into this but to rather fight this plague trying to break our belief we shall not bend the knee in the time of need stand in defense of our countries honor trust that our government has only our best motive at hand and block out the rage and scream of frustration with the light of hope.
