There is no such thing as neutrality when it comes to a battle between what is right and what is wrong.
Even though no such battle is ostentatiously visible on the national horizon today, the fact remains that beneath the veneer of the deceptive calm that prevails there exist live and simmering cinders of the age-old acrimony that has divided the world in the categories of Right and Wrong.
Infact all revolutions are born in this very state.
The greatest ever revolution in the history of mankind, of unprecedented dimensions, and everlasting consequences occurred in 610 AD when the greatest ever human being who graced the face of the earth, declared with Divine authority that “THERE IS NO GOD BUT GOD, AND MOHAMMAD IS HIS PROPHET”.
That man, the pride of mankind and the carrier of God’s last message to the dwellers of this planet, was born in this Hijra month. And the message he brought forever divided the world in the categories of the Right and the Wrong— Darul Islam and Darul Harab— Light and Darkness.
If we are true believers in the Prophethood of Mohammad (Peace Be Upon Him), if we really hold his teachings beyond all doubt and questioning, and if our allegiance to the way of life he prescribed for us is genuine, we simply cannot be neutral in any battle, any contest or any war that may occur between what he declared to be right, and what he declared to be wrong.
I have no doubt about the fact that this battle is not far away. It is going to be fought. And it has to be won by the followers of the man who declared that the ultimate rulership belongs to the Almighty Allah, and that our role is restricted to enforce his Divine Will on the lands we occupy on his behalf.
The enemies of Islam call it theocracy. Let us tell them our wisdom is inferior to the One who has given it to us— that justice will not prevail on the Earth till the Message of God does not find its way into the laws we make, the constitutions we create, the rulers we endure and the governments we elect.
LONG LIVE MOHAMMAD’S REVOLUTION
(PEACE BE UPON HIM)
