Education system has turned into the worst form of business in today’s time where once the dream was to get educated now the dream is to fool people enough to rob them of their time, money and faith.
I grew up in a family where education was a priority. The best gift anyone could give their children was education so they could shape up into better humans and choose to be decent, but ever since these brand schools came into being the tables have turned. Now parents to give their children an education should be millionaires because the fee structures in these high end schools demand that and if you don’t teach them in these school you will be guilt ridden that you couldn’t provide your child with basic necessities. The children of the poor families can forget it they will be just glad if the child can just read and write a few sentences. it wasn’t like this always but since these brand schools have taken all the good teachers with them, due to better pays and in an economy and tough life situations everyone prefers better paying jobs but the issue it created is that we have streets upon streets full of mediocre schools that are teaching the majority of lower and upper middle class children with below average teachers who are teaching because no other job was present and they needed some money. They have no passion for the job no experience or interest they work day in and day out for a minimum wage and that’s it they leave whenever they please During a session or without informing because someone offered them a better pay or they just weren’t interested ,not taking in consideration how this will affect the children they are teaching. The school owners are the same as well their sole purpose is to compete with these brand schools so, They will demand more fees and give big school buildings but since they treat children as customers and not the future of this nation the results are a swarm of tiny persons who have studied for ten plus years and still don’t have the confidence or ability to write an essay or talk two sentences in English. I don’t blame the children for treating schools as tiny prisons when they aren’t even learning simple character building techniques and lessons that they NEED, to survive in this ever changing world. The only direct victims of this flux are the parents that give their hard earned money to first the schools and then private tutors, in hopes to improve their children’s life. Investing years worth of time in picking and dropping them from schools and having hope with these culprits, that they will give their children what they didn’t have growing up but only for it to shatter on a yearly basis and these poor souls get CONNED so many times they are always ready for the worst.
I think it’s time the government took a stand about this, how is it that we live in one country yet we learn two to three types of courses how is this fair if the government creates a course that every school has to follow and then a school Format and fee structure that everyone follows these issues can be controlled not only that education could actually shift from. Being a bussiness and back to the instruments of crafting the future. Education at least should be one for all and not have the hold of the rich over it.
