- Hails Uzbekistan Government for prudently up keeping the Museum

TASHKENT, December 25: Mr. Ghulam Akbar Senior Advisory Board Member Centre for Global and Strategic Studies and Editor-in-Chief Daily National Herald Tribune paid a visit to the famous Amir Timur Museum here on Wednesday. He along-with his guide and interpreter spent a couple of hours at the historic site and paid homage to the great conqueror and also had a round of almost all the parts of the Museum.
According to Mr. Ghulam Akbar he was greatly impressed by the artifacts belonging to Amir Timur and exhibits related to the representatives of Timurid dynasty displayed in the museum. He also made the mention of the Original manuscript of the Holy Quran present there and the wonderful saying of the Amir Timur, ‘ If you don’t believe in our strength look at our monuments’.
Mr. Ghulam Akbar also hailed the Uzbekistan Government for the splendid measures it has taken for up keeping the Museum.
It is note -worthy that the Editor-in-Chief Daily National Herald Tribune is part of the 15 member Pakistani delegation which as international Observers monitored the December 22 Parliamentary elections in Uzbekistan.
