Earlier the Saudi foreign minister held talks with his Pakistani counterpart Shah Mahmood Qureshi on Thursday on bilateral and regional matters, officials said.
Both the foreign ministers agreed to continue consultations on key regional issues including the Kashmir problem, the Foreign Ministry of Pakistan said.
Qureshi said both countries are committed to further strengthen their relations in different fields.
This is his maiden visit to Pakistan, during which the exchange of views would cover bilateral matters and regional issues of mutual interest, a foreign ministry statement said.
