ISLAMABAD, Dec ember 27: The Supreme Court of Pakistan Friday has approved government’s review petition over the case pertaining to extension of the service of Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa.
According to details, the plea has been allotted number for initial hearing. However, it will be heard as per the directives of Chief Justice
of Pakistan (CJP). It is to be mentioned here that the review petition has pleaded with the court to constitute a larger bench, and to nullify the given judgment in the case. – Agencies
