“Here, to think is to be full of sorrow”, said by John Keats. This tragic truth torments every sensible and sensitive person whenever he contemplates how the sacred cows are keeping the laymen low by showing them the lofty laurels of luxurious life either here or hereafter. The study of the past and the presentation of prevalent societies prove the universality of this saying, when one sees those who cheat and exploit others, wear the veil of some sacred slogans so that the subjugated subjects cannot wail on their tale of loss but they feel proud of their heavenly achievements.
It is a crystal clear fact that these sacred cows keep commoners sentimental by making them mental towards the holiness of their own being for attaining the nasty, lusty and lascivious aims of greed and authority. The sun of worldly splendour of these ever ruling rulers will never set to beget relief to those souls for whom life is a slap on the face of so-called dignity of mankind that is mentioned as the crown creation of the Creator.
These sacred cows have only one objective of their life i.e. to accumulate unlimited wealth and authority for their very limited life (what an irony of fate!) by inflicting all types of brutalities on commoners. Such doctrines are demonstrated and propagated that laymen are kept visionary low, but at the peak of sentimental approach. First of all, these super human beings create some invincible and invisible walls around themselves, which cannot be crossed by common and crawling creatures. Slogans like spiritualism, patriotism, provincialism, honesty, truth, patience, justice, freedom, equality etc are preached with mysterious mystic manners that make it quite impossible for sentimental commoners to escape and to remain aloof or unaffected from these attacks and ultimately they become helpless victim of these sacred cows.
Such laws or ideologies have been formulated, promulgated and penetrated in the society that the tiny world of commoners fully depends on the decisions of the sacred cows, if they want, laymen live life without logics and with shining sentiments or leave the stage in the lap of everlasting blissful life. If someone tries to raise objection against this exploitation and victimization, he is taught or turned into an unforgettable lesson for the ordinary human beings by considering him a ‘traitor’, or a heretic figure or a threat to sanctity of judicious justice system so that no layman can reach to that thinking and rational level where the supremacy of sacred cows may be challenged.
One can ponder over, is there any way to be free of the clutches of these sacred cows and how to diminish sentimental thinking of the commoners towards life. ‘Knowledge’ is the only key to root out these exploiting forces which seem so lucrative. Knowledge does not mean the conventional or traditional knowledge given in educational institutions, it is a way to get degrees not the real knowledge, quite shamelessly these institutes are also run according to the wishes of the sacred cows and are forced to impart such education that commoners remain sentimental and easily can be used as a cat’s paw for the powerful sacred cows. So the actual knowledge can be acquired outside the circle of colleges and universities as attained by Elon Musk, Steve Jobs etc.
Further, future learning will be on line learning then it would become almost impossible to develop ethical, moral and social values which are basic aims of education. On the contrary, these sacred cows will promote such philosophies and objectives of life that will in reality safe guard the heinous and hideous motives of these majestic human beings. So, the commoners will definitely spend a lot of money to get degrees but without getting rid of ignorance, emotionalism and sentimentalism.
Apparently, it is a big conundrum to curtail or curb the control of these sacred cows and concise the sentimentalism of these commoners. But if there is economic uplift by making an industrial infrastructure with the help of foreign and native investors in all fields of life not with the least hope of IMF or World Bank’s aid as these so-called saviours give loans by imposing such limitations that ultimately make us poorer nor economically independent.
Now the next question is how to motivate the investors, answer is just by implementing favourable conditions like very low margin of taxes, minimum interfere of government authorities etc. When sentimental commoners will have job opportunities, remain busy in working and earning money, it will enable these emotional laymen to get education, develop sensible and logical outlook towards life.
Hopefully, in this way the sentimental vision of commoners will be lessened and they could be able to get rid of the rule of the sacred cows with the passage of time but undoubtedly it is a long process quite evolutionary not revolutionary, requires visionary and pragmatic approach towards the crocodile pace of progress. There is no way else to bell the cat!!!
