RAWALPINDI, January 12: In year 2021, 1893 complaints were lodged by the public on the Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit (PMDU) regarding the National Highways and Motorways Police regarding traffic violations, driving licensing authority and recruitment. On the special directions of Inspector General InamGhani, the National Highways and Motorways Police, showing great responsibility and professionalism, took immediate steps to resolve the grievances registered all 1893 complaints resolved on the Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit (PMDU) in a timely manner. 67.3% of the complainants expressed satisfaction over the performance and prompt response of the National Highways and Motorways Police.
