RAWALPINDI, January 26: Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed has said there is no agenda of the long marches being separately staged by the opposition parties.
Addressing a ceremony in Rawalpindi on Wednesday, he said the opposition has already faced defeat in the parliament and now it will also face political defeat on the roads.
He however said the government will not create any hurdle in the way of their protests provided they do not take law into hands.
The Interior Minister said that work on Nullah Leh projects will soon be started. Work on Rawalpindi Ring Road project and mother and child hospital will also be completed.
A day earlier, Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) decided not to change the date of its long march.
Sheikh Rashid had urged the opposition to postpone its  march due to terrorism threats and rising cases of coronavirus in the country.-NNI
