The opposition and the government both have made their own calculations about the outcome of proposed Long March next month. The government is hopeful that it will blow over while the opposition is optimistic that it will see the back of the government. The government is rightly worried that at a time when the military parade will be displaying the state of art weaponry presence of a protest in federal capital would be a security risk.
