The opposition has announced a no-confidence motion against the Prime Minister, but it is difficult to say anything about the success. History has shown that the opposition has been making loud claims in the pastbut it failed to do anything against the government. One view is that rising inflation has made the lives of ordinary Pakistanis miserable, so the opposition does not want to miss this golden opportunity. On the other hand, some quarters are of the opinion that the ruling coalition is not ready to go any further with the PTI, the main reason being that they are not willing to share in the failures in any way.In this scenario, some elements of the media are trying to give the impression that in fact the powerful institutions have withdrawn their support from the government. The sad fact is that some elements of the media are even claiming that the performance of the government has raised questions about the credibility of national institutions, regardless of the above situationIt is true that Corona has caused irreparable damage to the Pakistani economy. Of course, the government’s performance in this situation has not been ideal, but the government had to make tough decisions to borrow from international institutions like the IMF.The uncertain situation in the politics of the beloved homeland is certainly worrisome. It is not easy to answer the question of how the problems of the common man of Pakistan will be reduced. On the one hand, the government is declaring its performance as ideal, while on the other hand, there is a never-ending stream of complaints from the common man.The situation demands that political parties should not turn differences of opinion into personal enmity. We, as a nation, must show common sense and promote unity in our ranks. We have to think of the nation more than our own caste, we have to think of Pakistan. Of course, the opposition does not have a concrete answer to this question. That the removal of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government will solve the country’s problems, it is time to show political maturity. Pakistan is facing not only internal but also external problems? The recent incidents of terrorism in Baluchistan should surely be enough to open our eyes, the manner in which the terrorists have targeted the security forces is unprecedented in the past. The lack of seriousness required to solve the national problems is adding to our difficulties. It is rightly said that in fact the Pakistani nation has not reached this stage of mature ideology. Scholars and intellectuals are well aware of the fact that the collective wisdom of the nation plays an important role in shaping the political environment, when millions of Pakistanis will remain indifferent to their responsibilities. It is not only difficult but impossible to expect a tangible change in the situation, let us not forget that the importance of literacy rate in a democracy is obvious. In short, if we want to make Pakistan a truly democratic and welfare state, we must enrich our people with a wealth of education, otherwise no significant improvement is expected in the near future.
