PESHAWAR, March 4: Despite clear orders of Peshawar High Court, PASI police officers are deprived of their rights. These police officers were ordered to be revised from the date of appointment as per seniority from Peshawar high court judgment of 24/4/2019 of 2010 and 2011. Out of which, the notifications of 2010 and 2011 have been implemented and the decisions of the High Court have been violated for 2009 seniority list. This is gross injustice with senior PASIs and total violation of PHC orders. KPK Police Department also is in complete violation of High Court Order. All three notifications were issued by the same committee in light of the 2009 badge decision. Despite this, there is no precedent for the atrocities being perpetrated against some of the officers of PASIs 2009. According to the orders of the High Court, the committee comprising senior police officials should reconsider court decision.-PR
