ISLAMABAD, March 10: Prime Minister Imran Khan has declared that the Opposition’s no-confidence move against him is bound to fail.
Talking after chairing a meeting of senior PTI leaders on Thursday, Imran Khan said “I know what they are going to do.: He said “My plan is ready. Now I will tell them how the politics is conducted.”
The prime minister said that the Opposition parties’ no-trust motion against him will fail.
Imran Khan said that the opposition parties could not intimidate him through their tactics and that he had drawn up a complete plan to deal with the no-trust motion.
Quoting its sources, the TV channel reported that the prime minister made these remarks during his meeting with the senior leaders of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI). Foreign Minister (FM) Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Farrukh Habib, Federal Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms Asad Umar, Federal Minister for Education Shafqat Mehmood and Federal Minister for Energy Hammad Azhar were among those who attended the meeting. Sources told that members of PTI’s legal team were also in attendance. The premier further said that he had faced these people before and would do so in future as well. NNI
