ISLAMABAD, March 29: The holy month of Ramadan is all set to start with all its blessing and religious fervor. Muslims all over the world celebrate and share the blessings with other Musli brothers and sisters.
Since last 16 years, the Department of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan has been distributing foodstuff among needy families. This year 12,000 foodstuff packages for the needy families in the area of Sindh (Sakro, Larkana, GeibiDero, Khairpur, Sanghar, UmerKot& Nawab Shah) &Balochistan (Lehri, Domki), approximately 2600 foodstuff packages especially for Kathore have been allocated.
It is worth mentioning that each package consists of flour, sugar, spices, ghee, dates and rice in maximum quantities which would be good enough for a family to use for two months. Similarly Her Highness Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak has been gracious enough to arrange for an ‘Annual Food Distribution Campaign’ under the management of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan.
