RAWALPINDI, April 3: The military’s media wing on Sunday declared that the military has nothing to do with whatever has happened inside the National Assembly on Sunday.
Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) Major-General Babar Iftikhar clarified that the military has “nothing to do with” whatever has happened in the National Assembly on Sunday.
The ISPR DG was responding to a question “Was the military involved in today’s actions?” “Absolutely not,” Maj-Gen Babar Iftikhar replied, adding whatever had happened has nothing to do with the institution. -DNA
