The minister unveiled the new trade policy at a news conference in Islamabad on Tuesday.
Dastagir said that the current exports of the country stand at 24 billion dollars and the new target of 40 % increase in exports is quite achievable.
The minister said that the new trade policy has been framed in consultation with all stakeholders including the private sector.
