ISLAMABAD: April 11: Newly elected Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, while giving immediate relief to the nation, announced to increase the minimum wage to Rs 25,000 and also to increase the pension of retired employees by 10%.
Addressing the National Assembly after being elected Prime Minister, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif called himself ‘Khadim Pakistan’ and announced a monthly wage of Rs 25,000 from April 1 and a 10 percent increase in the pensions of civil and military employees. ? Meanwhile, Shahbaz Sharif said that investors are appealed to increase the salaries of their employees up to one lakh by 10%.
