CIS Foreign  Ministers  to meet in Dushanbe  on May 13

A meeting of the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers is scheduled to be held in Dushanbe next week, on May 13, in a face-to-face format, Orient reported.
The ministers will exchange views on a wide range of issues of cooperation within the commonwealth, discuss topical international and regional topics, including the situation in Ukraine.
The meeting of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will also consider a plan of priority actions to intensify and deepen cooperation between foreign ministries, a plan of inter-ministerial consultations, issues of creating a basic organization in the field of tourism and a plan of scientific work that meets the criteria of fundamental research. Meetings of the Council of Foreign Ministers (CFM) CIS is traditionally held twice a year. After the spring meeting in Dushanbe, the autumn meeting is scheduled to be held in Nursultan on October 13. – Kabar
