Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Jeenbek Kulubaev received today a parliamentary delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia headed by Chairman of the Committee on International Affairs of the Majlis Ash-Shura (Parliament) of the KSA, who is also the head of the Saudi-Kyrgyz Parliamentary Friendship Group, Ali bin Muhammad bin Yahya Al-Asiri.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during the conversation, the sides discussed the development of Kyrgyz-Saudi relations and prospects for inter-parliamentary cooperation. The importance of opening direct regular flights between the two countries was emphasized, which will increase the volume of trade and make a great contribution to the development of the tourism sector. Kulubaev noted that direct inter-parliamentary contacts and mutual visits will not only contribute to strengthening cooperation between the parliaments of the two fraternal countries, but can also become a bridge of friendship between the fraternal peoples of the two countries.
Following the meeting, the sides agreed to make joint efforts to strengthen Kyrgyz-Saudi ties in all areas of mutual interest. The meeting was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere. – Kabar
