Infocom state enterprise under the Ministry of Digital Development of Kyrgyzstan and UZINFOCOM Unified integrator LLC (Uzbekistan) signed a memorandum of cooperation in the field of information and communication technologies.
The Digital Development Ministry reported that the exchange of experience on the functioning of identification systems and cloud solutions is a priority within the memorandum. The delegation of Uzbekistan, headed by Director General Director of UZINFOCOM Emil Gimranov met with the leadership of Kyrgyzstan’s Digital Development Ministry, visited the Population Service Center and got acquainted with the activities of the Infocom state enterprise.
“Given that we are representatives of IT-companies of the public sector of the two friendly countries, this meeting is a platform to discuss the priority areas of our cooperation, which will give impetus to the development of digitalization and implementation of joint projects at the regional level,” director of Infocom Ryskulbek Osmonaliev said.
During the visit to one of the Population Service Centers, Uzbek colleagues emphasized the advantage and uniqueness of the fact that the database of the Unified State Register of Population of Kyrgyzstan combines all the data of a citizen from civil status records, passports, registration address to the availability of registered transport, real estate, etc.
