MAKKAH, July 15: Federal Secretary of Religious Affairs Aftab Akbar Durrani says the hajj arrangement made by the ministry and Office of Pilgrim Affairs of Pakistan (OPAP) were excellent.
In a statement today he said as compared to 2019, there were no or very little issue all of which were resolved amicably.
He said the arrival of hujjaj, stay at madinah, Makkah, Mina, Arafat and muzdalfa all went smooth.
He appreciated the role of welfare staff, OPAP, MoRA and the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
The Secretary assured all Hujjaj of Government Hajj Scheme that they will be paid the support announced by the cabinet after their return to Pakistan.
He said there were very few deaths and sicknesses all of whom will be compensated as per policy.-PR
