Pervez MusharrafISLAMABAD, April 8 Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has issued non bailable arrest warrants of former president Pervez Musharraf in judges detention case.
ATC led by Judge Sohail Akram took up judges detention case for hearing here on Friday. Pervez Musharraf and defence counsel filed their power of attorney.
The court while expressing displeasure over Pervez Musharraf going abroad inquired from defence counsel how the accused went outside the country without seeking permission from the court.
Defence counsel replied that accused has gone abroad with the permission of government in connection with his treatment.
The court while issuing non bailable arrest warrants of Pervez Musharraf has ordered him to appear before it on April, 22. -Online
