RAWALPINDI, May 10: Albayrak commenced dengue awareness campaign vigorously in most vulnerable area of Chah Sultan UC 30 on Tuesday where an outbreak of dengue was happened last year dengue season. In this connection, a market awareness drive was held at Chah Sultan and people were informed about taking necessary precautionary measures to protect themselves from the fatal ailment of dengue fever. On this occasion the officials of Albayrak distributed pamphlets and other dengue awareness related materials among shopkeepers and residents of the area. It was informed that the campaign would continue uptill the end of this month in which all dengue effected areas including UC 30 Chah Sultan,UC 31 Dhoke Hukamdad, UC 32 Amarpura, UC 33 Kartarpura would be the priority section for dengue awareness activities. These activities will consist of door to door awareness campaigns, market awareness campaigns, dengue eradication walk awareness campaigns and school awareness campaigns.-PR
