Contingents of Para-military force and Police on alert during curfew in Srinagar in the Indian Occupied Kashmir.

ISLAMABAD, October 23: Foreign Office Spokesman Muhammad Nafees Zakaria has condemned the killing of a Kashmiri youth by Indian Police in Indian held valley.
Nafees Zakria in a statement said that Pakistan expresses disapproval of young boy; Javed’s killing by the Indian forces in Indian Held-Kashmir (IHK).
The spokesperson further claimed that Javed was the only breadwinner of his family and was not taking part in any kind of protest.
“Unarmed and part of no protest, Javed was sole breadwinner of his family. Our heartfelt condolences to the family of Javed Mir shaheed,” said Zakria in his tweet while expressing condolences to the family of the deceased.
Zakria restated Pakistan’s stance against the Indian brutalities in IHK. The spokesperson also condemned the use of pellet guns by Indian forces which have resulted in numerous eye injuries as many have become blind. “More than 150 have been martyred hundreds blinded by pellet guns and thousands injured in IoK since July 8, This #MustStop,” the tweet added. The spokesperson showed the concern regarding the health conditions of Hurriyat leaders. He specifically mentioned Yasin Malik who has been transferred to ICU because of his worsened health conditions.
He further criticized the illegal arrests of Hurriyat leaders. “Hurriyat leaders Geelani Sb and Mirwaiz remain in illegal detention and so does Kashmiri women leader Asiya Andrabi. This is highly deplorable.” The 22 year old Javed died after sustaining head injury from a gas shell, fired by Indian forces to disperse a protest in IHK.-Sabah
