Image result for Balochistan at all costs: Sher AfganHUB, November 13: Inspector General Frontier Corps (IGFC) Balochistan Major General Sher Afgan has said that the government is determined to restore peace in Balochistan at all costs. He said all resources will be utilized for brining terrorists to justice.
Speaking to media persons during his visit to Shah Noorani Shrine on Sunday, he said that the terrorists would be smoked out in every nook and coroner of the province and the menace of terrorism will be uprooted.
Major General Sher Afgan further maintained that all available resources would be utilized to bring the perpetrators of the Shah Noorani tragic incident to the book and giving them an exemplary punishment.
Sher Afgan confirmed that Saturday’s attack on Shah Noorani shrine in Balochistan was suicide bombing.
The FC chief said head of the bomber has been recovered from the scene and concerned institutions are conducting investigation for identity of the attacker.
He said around six kg of explosive material was used by the bomber who blew himself up inside the shrine during dhamal. He said ball bearings and 9MM bullets were also used in the suicide jacket. He said some parts of hang grenade were also recovered from the site. He said ISIS has claimed the responsibility of the attack; however it would be determined after the investigation that who was behind the attack.
He said the responsible of all terrorists attacks have been brought to justice and the responsible for this attack would also be brought to justice. He said the people who are carrying out terrorists have no humanity and religion.
Earlier, he inspected the place of incident and got information from the concerned officials about the loss of life and material.-Sabah
