The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, in order to protect the life and health of the population, prevent a critical shortage in the provision of medicines and medical products to prevent a difficult epidemiological situation in the country, has established a temporary ban for a period of 6 months on the export of medicines and medical products from the country.
In accordance with the taken decision, the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic should notify the Committee for Safeguards of the World Trade Organization and the Eurasian Economic Commission on the introduction of a temporary ban.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan in accordance with the established procedure, no later than three days from the date of entry into force of this resolution, was instructed to notify the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States of the introduction of a temporary ban.
