A total of KGS 474 million subsidies are allocated from the republic budget of Kyrgyzstan for implementation of this project to cover the costs of commercial banks involved in the project.
“The target sectors for the issuance of concessional funds are livestock, crop production, food and processing industry. Thus, the final interest rate is set at 6% for all target industries,” the deputy minister said.
The size of the loan to be issued:
livestock and crop farming subjects – from KGS 300 thousand to 3 million;
poultry, fish farms, apiculture, fodder production and artificial insemination – up to KGS 10 million; enterprises of food and processing industry – from KGS 500 thousand to 20 million.
The project implementation period is 60 months.
